From design through manufacturing, we handle every step in production, and our dynamic door module manufacturing system is unique to the industry. These state-of-the-art facilities use custom-designed electronic systems that push metrics to the plant floor, providing the right tools to the people who can make the right decisions.

The system is based on the bill of materials from the OEM. Part numbers are broken down into human readable core construction steps, and the system guides the operators at every station through each step of the manufacturing process. Each part is scanned and matched to the original bill of materials, eliminating errors.

This management and operator-driven system runs in real-time. Manufacturing engineers work with statistical analyses of all operations, giving them the flexibility to alter workload balancing to improve quality and manufacturing time. Any operation can be moved anywhere in the building with only five clicks of a button.
