Cadence Innovation designs, develops and manufactures exterior components with outstanding fit, beauty and durability.

We offer such components as fascias, bumpers, bodyside moldings, rocker panels, wheel flares and D-pillars, and they all have the high-quality, rugged, construction and scratch-resistant exterior finishes that our customers expect. Six-axis robots handle all painting chores, utilizing a closed-loop fluid control system to ensure quality coverage and eliminate waste.

These fully robotic facilities improve the customer's bottom line and significantly reduce our impact on the environment.

Cadence Innovation is testing and perfecting new manufacturing technologies for molded exterior components. One, which we are pioneering with paint supplier Rohm and Haas, will ultimately save time and cost by eliminating one manufacturing step and reduce paint usage by 30 percent.

In the future, exterior parts will have molded-in color, and we also are working hard to perfect this technology. You can be sure that when in-mold color class-A surfaces are ready for production, we will be the expert.
