On August 25, 2008, Cadence Innovation LLC filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U. S. Bankruptcy Code in the District of Delaware. The US properties included in the filing are listed below.
During this process, we are committed to paying all of our vendors going forward on a timely basis. We have complete authority to make payments in full for services and goods received after the date of filing. We intend to address pre-petition indebtedness as part of our Chapter 11 Plan, and we are committed to reaching the best possible terms.
Moreover, we are confident the Chapter 11 process will be a positive agent of change that will allow us to maintain our relationships with our key constituencies. We believe the ultimate interests of all parties are aligned and anticipate no interruption of services.
